ARSReport Link for Remedy is a new reporting application designed to bring simple, fully-functional and affordable reporting capabilities to any Remedy application through both the Windows User Tool and the Mid-Tier web client.
It outputs formatted HTML pages that can be accessed either through the file system or through a web server. Using ARSReport Link allows you to move users to the Mid-Tier without sacrificing reporting functionality that until now has only been available in the full Windows User tool.
You are now able to offer the same reporting functionality to your users on whichever client tool they use.
